CHOCOLATE-MAKING IN PERUGIA
Get hands-on messy with a chocolate-making lesson at the Perugina headquarters, creators of Italy’s bacio-the Italian chocolate kiss. Taught by an Italian chocolate master, each student will have individual attention at their own well-equipped work space, and plenty of chocolate. This 3-hour lesson will focus on designing your own exquisite cioccolatini - little gift chocolates. Anita will be with the class, translating and getting messy, too.
